The National Assembly Budget Office (NABO)

was established in October 2003, pursuant to Article 22-2 of
the National Assembly Act, as a fiscal institution to support
the activities of the legislative body. It aims to enhance the
National Assembly’s efficiency keeping the government in
check and monitoring its operation of national finance.
