Program Evaluation Counsel

• Supports assistant chief in researching and analyzing on budget proposal, fund operation plan, settlement of accounts, and fund performance.

Budget Analysis Coordination Division

• 1 Establishment, rearrangement and overall control of the research and analysis plans relating to budget bills, fund operation plan and settlement of accounts as well as fund performance
• 2 Coordination of the macroscopic and aggregate analysis relating to budget bills, fund operation plan and settlement of accounts as well as fund performance
• 3 Rearrangement and overall control of the monitoring and evaluation on the implementation of major national programs and the analysis and evaluation on the major national programs as well as the evaluation on performance management
• 4 Research and analysis on budget bills, fund operation plan and settlement of accounts as well as fund performance under the jurisdiction of the National Policy Committee and the Strategy and Finance Committee
