1st Analysis of Revised Supplementary Budget in 2009

  NABO (National Assembly Budget Office) acknowledged the importance of active role of the 2009's 1st revised supplementary budget with the current economic slump, but it also stressed the need of congress' thorough examination on capability of bill execution and appropriateness of budget for each project and plan.

The analysis report includes 5 priority concerns which are as follows. 
- Low-income bracket support
- Employment sustenance and work opportunity
- Small and medium export enterprises support
- Revitalization of regional economy
- Preparation of future investment (e.g. green growth)

This report stresses to reduces businesses with unprepared business plan that are not to be spent for temporarily and less likely to be executed before the end of the year. Meanwhile, the report included way to improve 'distribution of revenue source' in order to have weak industry or working classes support, creation of job opportunity, and regional finance support to be in maximum effect of the revised supplementary budget.
