The Critical Analysis of FY 2008 National Expenditure

 The national finance for the year 2008 went through hardship, due to domestic and international economic challenges and the needs for a revised budget plan. However, the year of 2008 was significant as the first fiscal year after new administration took over. And it provides baseline data for budget planning analysis for the year 2010. Thus, the National Budget Office published a report about critical analysis of FY 2008 expenditure, containing comprehensive analysis of key themes related to the current government's expenditure.
The report expanded into key issues, addressed by Committees and Special Budget Committee of the National Assembly, mass media, and other relevant fields.
In the report, 153 themes are divided into three key analysis- general analysis, close analysis, and critical analysis. It provides a comprehensive description of topics and its key content.
Firstly, general analysis describes accomplishment of national finance and economic management in the 2008 fiscal year.
Secondly, close analysis containing 23 topics includes an analysis of tasks according to key themes.
Thirdly, critical analysis covers array of important 128 topics such as an analysis of key individual projects, categorized by committees.
