Recommended Improvements to Finance Law for Fiscal Soundness is a report the National Assembly Budget Office (NABO) has released to suggest amendments and improvements to finance-related laws and regulations to commemorate the opening of the 20th National Assembly. NABO identified the proposed items during the process of budget planning and settlement analysis, economic analysis, and national program evaluation and investigation.

The report includes 46 proposals, classified by their goals into the categories of reinforcement of the National Assembly’s fiscal control, acquisition of fiscal soundness, and recommendations for improvements by sector for ease of motioning and deliberating on bills.
